My progress didn't follow me to a new device

Progress syncs through Sign in with Apple. Open Settings → Sign in with Apple on the device that has your progress, then sign in with the same Apple account on the new device and your puzzles, coins and streak will come along.

I want my data deleted

Open Settings → Delete account in the app — it permanently removes your progress, leaderboard entries, friend links and push token from our server, immediately. You can also email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Something looks wrong

Found a bug, a puzzle that won't load, or a score that doesn't add up? Email us with your device model and a couple of words about what happened — screenshots help a lot.
