Puzzle Maniacs ("we", "us") is the developer and publisher of the jigsaw puzzle apps listed below on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy is written by us and applies to every one of those apps, which share the same code and the same data practices.

We built these apps to collect as little as possible. You can play without creating an account, we do not ask for your name, email or location to play, and we never sell your data.

Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to the following apps published by Puzzle Maniacs (the "App"), listed by their Google Play and App Store listing titles. Where a listing also appears under a localized title, that title is given too, so every store listing is named here:

What we collect

We do not collect precise location, your contacts, your photos, microphone or camera data, your browsing history, or payment information. There are no in-app purchases; the Apps are supported by ads.

How we use information

Advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized depending on your region and your device settings. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), a consent prompt is shown on Android before personalized ads are served, and you can reopen your choices from the privacy options in the App. On iOS, personalized ads are used only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, ads are non-personalized and the game is identical. You can also reset or limit ad personalization in your device's Google or Apple settings.

Third parties

We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices beyond the data we send them as described above:

Our game server is operated for us at puzzle.ribndip.com. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we share data only with the service providers listed here, as needed to run the Apps.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your gameplay and progress data while your install is active, so your progress is not lost. You can delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the App, which permanently removes your player record, progress, leaderboard entries, friend links and push token from our server. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will delete your data within 30 days. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored settings and the on-device identifier; to also remove server-side data, use the in-app option or contact us.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections to our server, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA or UK under the GDPR, or in California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App or on this page.
